We want every homeowner who contacts Visiteuropean Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you said and when.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please note that Visiteuropean Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@visiteuropean.com and include:
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
